How everything started…

Since I got my period, I had experience hormonal changes, lots of painful cramps, long and heavy flows; My periods felt like a torture every month.

Therefore, I began to create my own herbal remedies to cope with my menstrual cycle and they really help me to feel better and being able to continue with my daily routine; with that on mind I started Liny’s Herbal Boutique to offer women and alternative to OTC medicine (that helps you ease the pain but doesn’t really support your body or cycle), not to mention all those chemicals, fillers, colors and artificial flavors that are used in many of their products. yikes!

Every product offered by Liny’s Herbal Boutique is made with clean, and mostly organic ingredients carefully crafted by hand with love.

We use Mexican, Native American, Western and Chinese herbs in very special blends for you, our products have been tested and approved by my family members, friends and me.

I am so glad you are here!

if you have any questions send us an email! We are here to help!

With Love,

Aline

Hi again!

I already told you how I started my business; now I'm going to tell you a little bit about me.

My name is Aline Perezgrovas, I'm a proud Mexican Latina who was born and raised in the beautiful Mexico City and emigrated from there when I was 13 years old. If you asked me, I also consider myself a Minnesotan (I actually moved to Chicago and missed Minnesota so much that I came back, but that’s a story for some other time).

A mother of two beautiful children and married to my best friend and childhood sweetheart.

I graduated as a Community Health Worker in 2014 and in 2021 I started my herbalism apprenticeship.

Herbalism has always been part of my life since I can remember, I have memories from my childhood were my mama Chatita (my grandma) would give me remedies when I had stomach aches and wasn’t very hungry, “es empacho” she would say and will mix an anise powder, olive oil and sugar and gave me that mixture to take it orally, then she tenderly put me on her lap to give me a deep back massage, a belly massage and rub some “pan puerco” balm to then place some tissue paper on my belly and back and it worked every time.

I have many memories with her like this one. I also had a vivid one of my Abuelita Maria, when I was a little girl, I started to have really painful cramps and she said, “ tómate un té de Chocolate con orégano Mija” without noticing my grandmas were passing on to me their wisdom and lovely memoirs.
